...and we entered the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, and stayed with him. He had four unmarried daughters, who prophesied...
Kimchi is a dish that has stood the test of time, tracing its roots back to 1 BC - 1 AD when it became prevalent during the Three Kingdoms dynasty in Korea.
Over thousands of years, it has been perfected through careful iterations by some of the finest culinary experts of their times; with the notable being the addition of Korean red chili peppers in the 17-18th century.
Fast forward to the modern times, kimchi is so prevalent and firmly embedded in the Korean culture that nearly 100% of the people consume it regularly, almost daily. Koreans consume on average 40 pounds of kimchi per person annually! Many credit the Korean Miracle in part to eating the dish. Adult Koreans eat from 50 grams to 200 grams of kimchi a day. The President of the country once wrote pleading for his troops to be sent kimchi as they were "miserable" and "desperate" for kimchi. Here in the United States, November 22nd has even been proclaimed “Kimchi Day” by multiple states and Washington D.C.
Which brings us today, having enjoyed kimchi growing up we often took it for granted. While we longed for the delicious and healthy dish, our family found the cost expensive which many of you reading this may relate to. Thus Mama Sharon began making kimchi at home. And one fateful day, while the laborious and time consuming process of making kimchi was taking place, a pizza was thrown into the oven. Not wanting the precious and delicious kimchi sauce left on the side of the mixing bowl to get thrown out, Papa Peter dipped the bread…and the rest is history as they say. Match made in Heaven.
When even our three-year old toddler (3rd daughter) requested our sauce and said “mhmm delicious" a light went on. We thought "if our family and little ones enjoy our fresh, spicy chili sauce this much, we should bring the same joy to others". The following months only increased our conviction to fulfil the vision to bring to you our family sauce. Our family began experimenting with high quality ingredients and perfecting the ratio and flavor over many rounds and laborious days...days filled with joy as we were convinced others would enjoy and benefit from the work we have been called to do.
Thus was the genesis of bringing the world a rich, tasty, yet healthy sauce. One we started having daily and would not feel guilty about. Within three weeks, our family had finished 7 bottles of what would become our Original Kimchi Sauce and Kimchi Mayo. We were having our homemade recipe with pasta, wings, rice, eggs, chicken nuggets, burgers, pizzas, salads...you name it, we probably tasted it to see with every meal.
Which brings us to today. Here we are together. We do not spend money on advertisements to keep the price as low as possible for friends like you. We will continue to trust in the Lord and depend solely "word of mouth". With your help spreading the good news, we hope to make our kimchi sauce a staple across all homes and in all kitchens--tasted and seen, and enjoyed by everyone. Will you join us?

The Key ingredients for our sauce come from above: Light from the Sun to naturally dry our peppers, Water to wash the vegetables and provide balance, Salt from the earth to preserve its taste.
Taking the goodness of kimchi, we have taken the base sauce to be the foundation of our authentic family recipe. Research and studies show the primary ingredients used in our sauce may help:
According to Iowa Women's Health Study, women who ate garlic regularly had a 35% lower chance of getting colon cancer
Allicin is a bioactive antibiotic that can help fight infections and bacteria
For certain people high antioxidant properties can help prevent cognitive diseases
Used in the ancient days to alleviate weariness and increase endurance and consumed by some of the earliest Olympic athletes to boost performance
Promotes glutathione production by various liver enzymes and provides other important detoxifying components
As always, please be sure to do your own research. The above is for informational purposes only and we hope if beneficial. We can only share some of what has been revealed to us and what we have known from consuming kimchi for decades. We want to be helpful and truthful as possible. We want to make clear so the above is not taken as a medical claim, especially in the areas of cancer and dementia which are in need of further studies. We do pray that all who try and have our sauce regularly would be blessed beyond measure!
